Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
No exchanges are accepted unless it was a mistake on our part.
Please note that all of our glitter products are filled by weight, not volume, are bagged by hand, and while we take care to ensure accuracy of weight, there may times it may show a difference. Please understand that it is not intentional as we are humans, and not machines. We will do our best to come up with a solution that satisfies both you, our customer, and the business.
